We have found the problem and voicemail transcription should work again. If voicemail messages received after 1:40 p.m. are not transcribed, please contact us.

We see that the voicemail transcription is working again, at this time we are confirming if this is the case

It seems that voicemail messages have not been transcribed since last Thursday. We are investigating the problem.
