Monitor

Improved Queue module

Users in a call group of a queue who have set their status to offline, Do Not Disturb (DND), or only available for colleagues are no longer counted in the queue. If all users in the call group have one of these statuses, the queue step is completely skipped and moves directly to the step “Max. size or time exceeded.” This means the caller no longer has to wait for the set queue time to expire.

Call Recording Transcriptions

The transcription capability for call recordings using privacy-friendly AI is now live. These transcripts can be used to record discussions in your CRM system or as training materials. The feature is free to use during the beta period and can be enabled by going to AI settings in the portal. Turn on feature Call Recording and then the Call Transcription. Want to know more? Voicemail Sentiment Analysis – We’re introducing sentiment analysis for voicemail messages. This will evaluate the tone of each message—whether it’s positive, neutral, or negative—and include the analysis in the email you receive when a new voicemail is recorded.

Easily Connect Your CRM System – Right now, if you want to link your CRM system to Freedom or create a new user, you need to submit a request, and we’ll handle it for you. Soon, you’ll be able to manage these tasks directly in Freedom—whether it’s adding the connection or creating users.
