The issues have been resolved. Refresh your webphone by closing it and restarting it. This should restore the webphone to its normal functioning. Are you still experiencing problems? If so, please contact us.

There are issues with the SSL certificates, which are preventing users from making and receiving calls via the webphone. We are working on a solution.

We are receiving reports that the webphone is not working. We recommend that you forward your calls to the mobile app, a desk phone, or a cell phone number. We are investigating the issue and working on a solution. We will keep you updated on this page.
