We are currently receiving reports that it is not possible to make changes to various features in the portal and in the Webphone. For example, call plan changes are not being made correctly and users cannot change their online status in the Webphone. We are also receiving reports from customers that calls are not coming in. We are investigating the problem. Stay informed via this status page.

The outage has been fixed: changes are being made again and calls are coming in as normal. The cause of the problem was database servers that were not in sync. We have redirected traffic away from the affected server, so our services are now working properly again. Good to know: we need to check and fix the database server that caused the outage.
