User Status is working properly again. Desk phones and web phones are again selectable as final destinations in User. The cause was due to this morning's outage: User Status was having trouble registering after the problems with our network provider.

There seem to be problems with User Status. Users are offline and cannot select their desk phone or webphone as the final destination in User. To remain reachable, we recommend forwarding calls to the app or your mobile number.
