Changing the status in the User is working properly again! The problem was resolved by forcibly re-registering the status for all SIP registrations.

Currently there are problems with updating the status in the User. We are investigating the cause of the problem and will keep you updated via this page. A temporary solution to remain reachable is to select the webphone or mobile app as the final destination in the calling plan
