Incoming call webphone pop-up cannot be answered via the green button

The glitch has been fixed. After the latest update to Google Chrome, it is again possible to answer calls through the Webphone pop-up.

The investigation has led us to conclude that the installed webphone in Chrome is causing the problem. We are waiting for an update to Chrome that will fix this problem. An interim solution is to install the web phone for Microsoft Edge and use it there.

The problem seems to occur only in Chrome but not for all users. We are investigating the cause.

Incoming calls cannot be answered for many users by pressing the green button on the webphone pop-up. We are currently investigating the cause and whether we can continue to offer this option.
