Since 5:02 p.m., some landline phones have been unable to make new calls or transfer calls. Several of our servers are down. Calls that are already in progress will continue as usual. We are working on a solution.
Timeline
Making new calls and transferring calls is working again. You don’t need to do anything: devices that lost their connection during the outage will reconnect automatically. Calls that were already in progress were not interrupted. What went wrong: a number of servers that relay traffic between your device and our platform went down. We’re sorry if this affected you.
