Delay of (voicemail) transcriptions

The problem with delayed transcriptions of has now been resolved. Transcriptions are being processed correctly again.

Currently, there is a delay in processing transcriptions. This means that voicemail emails are being sent, but temporarily contain only the recording and not the transcription. Recorded voicemail messages with the transcription feature turned on will be sent with a 5-minute delay because of this. Don't have voicemail transcription turned on? Then the delay does not apply. Recorded calls are also transcribed temporarily later. This means that transcripts in the call list will come in with a delay. We are working on a solution and will keep you updated on progress.
