Hi there Wouter, what do you do at Voys?
I help colleagues with their Holacracy practice, am responsible for finding, hiring and onboarding new colleagues for this wonderful organization and try out new projects within the field of People & Culture.

It’s a place where you can be yourself and where everybody trusts your good intentions. Plus, we keep it super transparent, so you’ll always know what’s happening.

How do you spend your free time?
I’m really into (board)gaming, taking leisurely walks with my adorable dog, and exploring the world through FPV droning.

Last question: for what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A spontaneous trip with friends/family to chase the northern lights.
