Hi there Linda, what do you do at Voys?
As a Customer Success Ambassador, I approach customers proactively. You can think of a phone call to check in how a customer is doing, but I also contact customers when I run into any special details. Together with my colleagues, I am responsible for keeping the relationship we have with our customers positive and healthy.

Allright, and why do you like working here?
I really like the freedom and responsibility you get at Voys. I also really love that at Voys we treat each other as equals. Plus, Voys offers many opportunities to grow and develop yourself.

How do you spend your free time?
In my spare time, I love to go out and explore beautiful places/countries/cities, I like to hike, discover new restaurants in the area. I also like to drink a good, fat Chardonnay and occasionally visit a good concert.

Last question: for what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
If you really think it’s necessary to wake me up (please don’t), make sure you have a good bottle of buttery, woody Chardonnay, a spicy blue cheese and a mix of soul, rhythm-and-blues, rock and pop in the background.
