Hi there Guillaume, what do you do at Voys?
From drawing up marketing strategies, to conceptualising and producing adverts. I am involved with every step of the marketing process. I also publish campaigns, analyse data, allocate marketing budgets, and manage third party advertising partners.

Allright, and why do you like working here?
Organisational structure and company culture. Voys offers me the autonomy to self-manage my work without the interference of senior managers. This freedom, in collaboration with superb people, is what keeps me motivated to perform optimally.

How do you spend your free time?
Playing and producing music, fishing, surfing, and learning. I love learning new skills and adopting new hobbies. Currently, I am busy learning Portuguese and I am giving Wing Foiling a bash for the first time.

Last question: for what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
Satire! I love satire. I love witty ways of expressing satire. The medium is less important than the message contained in the expression thereof. But, frequently I gravitate towards animated satire like South Park or Family Guy.
