As a Scrum master I guide Scrum teams in continuously improving product development.

I work for Voys because of the holacratic organizational structure. It’s a self managing organisation that gives a lot of responsibility to its people.
How do you spend your free time?
During my free time I enjoy building Lego and brewing beer.
