Hi there Natalie, what do you do at Voys?
I have numerous roles that I daily attend to, including all people, culture, coaching, finance, operations, business compliance, and hiring matters for our South African division.
Alright, and why do you like working here?
I work at Voys because my roles allow me to effect positive change in the lives of others daily, and it also allows me to collaborate with some pretty awesome like-minded colleagues who have similar values.
How do you spend your free time?
I’m a budding botanist and grow and nurture my own bonsai trees, and enjoy listening to coaching podcasts, and reading similar books. I am a huge football fan, and occasionally enjoy swimming.

Reading, and Live EPL Football matches!
