I think the openness for learning and continuous improvement is amazing at Voys. It also fits me really well that we are holacratically organised and steward-owned.
How do you spend your free time?
My biggest passion is rock climbing and hiking in nature, specifically the mountains. Other than that I really enjoy food from many different kitchens and fine wines.

For the start of an amazing hike or multi-pitch climb.
