Hi there Nynke, what do you do at Voys?
I help customers use our services as successfully as possible. This means that I help new customers set up their telephony in the best possible way and I proactively keep in touch with existing and new customers. Do we have a new solution that might be useful to you? Then you’ll hear from me or my customer success colleagues! I also make sure that our help pages tell (and show) you everything you need to know to set up and use our products yourself.
Allright, and why do you like working here?
I really like the high level of freedom and responsibility. I don’t have to ask a manager for permission, so decisions are made quickly and problems are solved quickly.
How do you spend your free time?
I love being outside, for a long walk with the dog or a ride on the road bike. I also enjoy preparing a tasty dinner for friends and family.
Last question: for what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
For major telephone unreachability, I am sometimes available at night through our troubleshooting service. But outside of that, let me sleep on!
