At Voys I focus on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, positioning the company for growth in both the Dutch market and internationally. My work involves building go-to-market strategies and collaborating with various circles to drive value and create scalable sales processes.

I work at Voys because of the unique holacratic structure that fosters autonomy and empowers individuals to take ownership, collaborate, and drive change. How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, doing sports and training my sports team. I’m always on the lookout to learn new things, read about stuff and expand my knowledge.
